Characteristics
Application

Pentaerythritol is an organic compound - tetrahydric alcohol - 2,2-dimethylol-1,3-propanediol.

Pentaerythritol is a crystalline white solid with a molecular weight of 136.15.

Pentaerythritol possesses all the properties of polyhydric alcohols, is readily soluble in glycerin, in water, and practically does not dissolve in common organic solvents.

Pentaerythritol is a multifunctional non-toxic product that does not form toxic compounds with other substances both in the air and in wastewater.

Micronized pentaerythritol is a finely dispersed white powder, which, when exposed to temperatures above 250 ° C, ensures the formation of a dense carbonic crust with low thermal conductivity, which significantly reduces the thermal effect on the protected material or structure.
